- Scope of Returns
Returns are accepted in the following situations:
Product has quality issues or is damaged during shipping
Received goods do not match the order description
Customer’s subjective dissatisfaction (returns are supported after opening)
👉 Special Note: Even if the goods have been opened, returns can still be requested as long as the return conditions are met.
- Return Request Time: Returns can be requested within 30 days of receipt. Requests after 30 days will be processed on a case-by-case basis or will not be accepted.
- Return Conditions: Items must be in basic condition (excluding severe damage caused by human error). Packaging and accessories should be as complete as possible (as long as they do not affect secondary inspection). Provide your order number or proof of purchase.
- Return Process: Contact customer service to request a return. Provide order information and a description of the problem. Customer service will review and approve the request and provide a return address. Ship the item back to the designated warehouse. After inspection and confirmation, a refund will be processed.

- Refund Policy: After confirming the returned item is correct, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Refunds are usually completed within 3-7 business days (depending on the payment method). Shipping fee refund policy will be determined on a case-by-case basis (shipping fees are usually refundable for quality issues).

Customized products may not be eligible for no-reason returns (see product page for details).
Products damaged due to improper personal use may not be eligible for a full refund.
Returned packages without customer service confirmation may not be processed.
